Lydia is a Publicity Consultant spanning consumer and trade. Her remit is to drive positive media exposure for clients across key target media. She brings +15yrs of experience to the team which encompasses a career in publishing, editorial and commercial roles.

Grant is joint Managing Partner and is responsible for operational and financial matters. He has a background in personal banking and consumer finance. He has also successfully launched and sold several restaurants and retail businesses. He heralds from New Zealand and has extensively travelled before permanently settling in the UK.

Helen has amassed over three decades of leadership experience working in senior people management positions at organisations including Nortel, GE Money, Diageo and PepsiCo. She provides direct input on leadership, people, change and performance. Her experience brings fresh perspectives and ideas to the directors, wider team and client offerings.
